The prices are outrageous for the space, and area. The ceilings are extremely high, and your heat is electric... i.e. your heating bill can be out the roof.
Kelly the manager is a rude p.o.s.
There is no security other than the locks on the doors...
All the Windows are huge, and drafty.
You can hear everyone, do everything.
Plus... gas prices in Beacon Falls... are horrible, when they actually have gas.
Trust me, move a town over... to Naugatuck, and you can pay at least $100 less, for more space.
