The apartments are beautiful, unique and quiet. The management staff are useless and you have to call them 10 times to get anything done. Carlos and luis are the maintenance guys and they are the only saving grace. If you have a problem talk to them directly and it will get done. If you tell the office manager Kelly she will not tell them. In my experience she will put you off weeks at a time before she will call someone in to fix a problem. The grounds are clean and well kept. Cars have been broken into. No noise from neighbors that I have experienced. I live on the 3rd floor so my air conditioning bills are high in the summer but the heat is lower in the winter. Few bugs here and there but nothing crazy. The office hours are a joke and they are always a hour late getting in and close a hour early with some sort of excuse. Area is nice and quiet with access to the highway. Rent is alittle high for all the b.s you gt form management. Parking is tight with alot of tenants parking on the side of the main road. There is always someone parked in the firelanes but management does nothing.
