Nice Place, Run Extremely Poorly

The place itself is beautiful, and for Connecticut, the prices arent outrageous (high, but not unbelievable like most of CT). When we first arrived, it was great - the manager Brian was attentive and pretty much perfect. Anything we asked for got done almost immediately. Then Kelly took over the office (brian is now gone it seems) and from what i have heard, she is the owners daughter. She is rude, gets NOTHING done, forgets everything, cut the office hours to only 10-4 (what working person can get there during this time to pick up packages since they have no way to get anything when the office is closed). The office is supposedly open on weekends but, of coures, everytime we go there she is nowhere to be found. Word to the wise, give beacon mill village a call - if Kelly answers - find somewhere else. Everyone in this place couldnt be more disappointed in that lazy girl. On antoher note, the parking lot is a free-for-all, people have no problem taking up 10 spaces with two cars because they think they have something nicer than anyone else - so late at night, good luck finding a parking spot.
Take a look around Naugatuck, we have since moved there and some beautiful apartments are available in a bunch of nice places (stay away from the Waterbury side of the city though)
