I'm a current tenant at BMV and I check this website from time to time to see what people are saying about the property. I agree to an extent with the concerns expressed and I can attest to some of the issues people have stated. Most of it doesn't bother me.

While it's important to apprise future tenants of the positives and negatives of living at BMV, if you're concerned about it and want to see improvements at a minimum, take the time to complete the surveys recently provided to all tenants. Sure it's a risk to let Kelly know how you feel about her performance as a property manager but nothing is going to improve until management gets the picture. 'If it ain't broke don't fix it'. Put it in writing. Be constructive and detailed in your feedback/grievance.

If going to the property manager isn't enough, write to the property owner. Seaboard Properties International owns several residential properties in and around Fairfield County, and I believe they acquired BMV in 2004. Write to them; letting corporate know about the lack of initiative of the local manager may move things along faster.
