I'm a former tenant. BMV was one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher and garbage disposal, things I wish I had now. I miss the exposed brick and the eight foot windows which really lit up the apartment. I've read comments about the lack of service at BMV. I didn't encounter any problems. I needed the windows winterized with plastic and all five were done with in a few days. I had a clogged toilet and within 30 minutes Carlos came and fixed it. I witnessed many improvements to the building as well. A new roof with new skylites, additional exercise equipment and constant upkeep such as painting the common hallways.
