Loud and Dusty I lived at BMV for quite a while, the noise on the front of the building is LOUD, there is a construction site across the street. The dust is also terrible and the walls are so thin. You can hear everything in the adjoining apts. The electric bills are very high. The apts do

If you want to pay out your a** for Nothing... The prices are outrageous for the space, and area. The ceilings are extremely high, and your heat is electric... i.e. your heating bill can be out the roof.

Beacon Mill Village is a nice place to live. The grounds are kept clean and any problems I've had with the apartment were fixed promptly. I've never had a problem with bugs. However, rent was on the expensive side.

Office staff extremely rude The mother-daughter team is rude, unprofessional, and they never follow through with issues. The apartments are falling apart...good luck trying to get the managment to fix anything.
