Black Mold at Branford Hills

Most all of the units (Apartments as well as Condo) have black mold in the basements. Management has their head in the sand and haven't been pro-active in cleaning this up. FYI, black mold is a huge health hazard.
I'm getting out of here as soon as I can - this is just unbelievable. The DEP, CT. Dept. of Health and the Branford Fire Dept. have been all over this place inspecting. The Town Selectman has advised the residents to bring a class action law suit against the management.
