STAY AWAY!!! I was a witness to the horrible experience mentioned in the last review. I have never heard of anyone being so mistreated renting an apartment before. I don't understand how Management could run a business like this and mistreat their prospective residents.

I was mistreated and insulted the same way recently by these people. People stay away unless you enjoy being treated disrespectfully.

I lived in Branford Hills from 2006-2009. The apartments moved quickly and we got ours by being ready the day we looked at it. At any rate, any time I had a maintenance problem even if it was the weekend they were there right away. The woman who manages the apartments is very busy but kind and professional to everyone. I was very happy living there if I did not have to leave the state I would still be there. I would move back there in a minute if I was going back to Connecticut. The only problem I had was that the pool was not opened to me that was bad. But the personal treatment was excellent.
