Nice apartments ! - We lived in the complex between Dec 2006 and Sept 2009. We rented a 2BR apartment that was remodeled just before we moved in. BEWARE! I've lived in the apartment for about two years. First off it's VERY EXPENSIVE FOR QUALITY. The maintenance is horrible. The windows DO NOT lock in any apt!! I would not recommend living here what-so-ever. There was so many problems I do not even know where to continue. Just trust

Great Nice area, good management, there is no cons to living here, Ill stay here for one more year! People here complain about the stupidest things. Well remember if someone has a broken electrical socket vs a broken hot water heater who is gonna be first? Geeze if you dont like it

Not a bad place We lived there almost two years, and saved up to buy a condo. Our neighbors were nice, and when we had a problem when the hot water heater died, the guys took care of it almost right away.

RENTER BEWARE!!! Maintenance is terrible. 8 Months ago I moved in and noticed the air would not blow down in the bedrooms. Only in the living room and bathroom. I informed ----- at the office the ducts were probably disconnected. Maintenance never came. 8 months later after winter is over and over

Montoya Sucks! Been living in the condo here, and it's really nothing to scream about. Management & maintenanace sucks, the units sucks...cold in the winter, hot upstairs in the summer even with the AC pumping non-stop. So all in all, it's really not worth all the money
