The apartment complex was sold 8/1/6 and there is new management that has cleaned up the property. They've started a renovation program, inside and out.

Black Mold at Branford Hills Most all of the units (Apartments as well as Condo) have black mold in the basements. Management has their head in the sand and haven't been pro-active in cleaning this up. FYI, black mold is a huge health hazard.

Management needs to go! Parking is limited here, the laundry facilities aren't very good and the management staff needs to go. The previous manager was excellent but she moved away. The rent is too much for what you get and the basements flood, have mold and are bug infested.

Pls Help. Moving to Montoya in 20 days I read all the reviews and it seems the insulation is bad. Could any body give me an idea of how is insulation in Condos (1 bed with loft)in Montoya?

ok if you don´t mind freezing in the winter Heat and hot water are not included in the rent. The apartments are poorly insulated, and the gas bills are very high. Not really as great as the earlier review indicates.

Quite nice A very nice living experience. We had no upstairs or downstairs neighbors so noise was not a problem. There was plenty of lawn space and the complex was located on a quiet road, with a short walk/drive to Main Street. The people in the office were very friendly and helpful. My only qualm
