I have lived at cypress apartments for almost seven years. I just want to tell you that my bathroom and kitchen were in pretty good shape, but one day I get a call from the management company and out of the blue they offer to install both a new bath and kitchen in my apartment. So I say whats the catch! Hub realty informs me that they a presently remodeling all vacant apartments and they are up to date, with time to work on occupied

units right now. They inform me there is no additional charge for the new items, but I will not have a shower for 3 days. Options are to use a vacant apartment in another part of the building, or make my our arrangenments. It was a good reason to stay at my girlfriends apt. If I did not want the trouble, they said next time they were caught up with vacants they would contact me.



Well to make a long story short I took them up on ther offer. Now I have a brand new bath and Kitchen and my lease just renewed and I don??t think I am paying any more than other tenants.



I am saving to by a condo, but until that time I am going to stay here and enjoy my new Kitchen and Bath.
