I commuted to NYC and Cypress was close to the train and I95. My apartment had everything one could wan't. A/C,Micro,D/W,frost free fridge and range. The livein super was great always willing to help, even the one time I locked myself out at 3.00 am.
The building was quiet and well maintained.

I love how the only other place I've read the phrase "frost-free fridge" was on Hub Realty's own website. Coincidence? I think not. Also? The super was not live-in like they always said he was. We learned this one night when the building was on fire (and no one new because of the newly-installed faulty hard-wired smoke detectors), and the fire department was extremely pissed that they couldn't find a building representative, but they did find numerous fire code violations, like uncharged fire extinguishers in the hallways.
