I have lived at Baymar apartments for two years. I would have to say that for the most part I have been very happy with this complex. As with any place there are downfalls. There is only one Maintenance person on staff named Larry. Larry not only handles Baymar but a second complex in Terryville. I like to think that his large workload is responsible for his less than perfect craftsmanship. Although, many of my neighbors think he's just a jackass. I should say though he is very nice. Management here is excellent, they will help you with whatever problems come up 100%. The parking situation.... leaves something to be desired. There is not nearly enough spots so if you have a job where you get home after 5 p.m. Just think of all the calories you're going to burn on the walk in. Another car related problem is the towing company they hired are a bunch of scumbags. They come and walk through the parking lot between 2-5 a.m each night with flashlights looking at every car for expired registration, flat tires, vehicles that haven't moved in three days... ANYTHING to tow your car. Which will cost you a pretty penny b/c the towing company is atleast 20 miles away! Aside from those negatives the apartments are very large and the third floor units are sunny and very cozy. I will really miss my apartment. Im getting sad thinking about leaving it! I just wont miss that nut who lives under me making crazy alien noises to her kids. *in a crazy high pitched voice* " ARE YOU A PRETTY WITTLE,CRITTLE, COZY BABY'! DID YOU MAKE A STINKY, WITTLE POOPY' *continues with indescribable alien like noises*
Bottom line: For what your paying you can't beat this place. Just have patience with the nuts around here b/c you know what THEY ARE EVERY WHERE!

I just hope the next bunch I meet doesnt have kids.
