Do not live here.

I have lived here not for about half a year. The main issue is the amount of kids on the property. I would say at any one time there are around 30 kids in the area. These kids are out all during the night and day. Usually these kids have no adults watching them. I am not against kids, but its like I am at a 24 day hour day care. The walls are super thin you can hear anything going on in the apartments beside, above, and below you. All the kids add to this problem. I would say throughout the day you will hear kids 20 hours of it and the other four you were hear the sounds of kids being made. There is only one laundry room in the entire place and it is in the basement of one of the buildings. This laundry is a very unsafe place and being alone in it is not a good idea. Overall there is a very unsafe feeling to the place. There are many issues with the place, but there are a one good thing. The management and the only maintenance person is extremely nice. Do not let the niceness of the management sway your opinion of the place. You will not see the real problems of this place till you live here. Once you are here you WILL want to move.
