WAS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE. MANAGEMENT HAS LET PLACE SLIDE. NOISY TENENTS. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT FOLLOW UP ON COMPLINTS PROPERLY. DOES NOT REPREMAND TENENTS FOR DISOBEYING RULES. DOES POOR JOB OF SNOW REMOVAL. ICY SIDEWALKS, UNPLOWED ROADS, IMPROPER GUTTER SYSTEM. GET HOME FROM WORK OR DINNER TO FIND SOMEONE PARKED IN YOUR SPOT. JUNK CARS TAKE UP THE FEW AVAILABLE PARKING SPOTS. VERY HIGH RENT PRICES THAT ONLY INCLUDE BASIC CABLE. PARKING POORLY LAID OUT. NO SECURITY. PEOPLE RACE THRU THE COMPLEX. UNSAFE. POOL IS SMALL, GYM IS SMALL. AND H.W IS SORTA IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE.
