The bad definitely outweighs the good

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Rent started at $830/mo. in 2000 for 2 bedroom and gone up substantially every year: went to $860, then $905, now $955. They allow up to 2 cats, HOWEVER there is a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE fee PER cat. Parking is an absolute nightmare! You get one assigned parking spot whether you rent a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom apartment and often times find someone parked in your spot. The general feeling I get is that the office staff could care less about your complaints, whether it be about parking, noisy neighbors, etc. There have been 4 Property Managers since moved in and numerous other staff changes. The office closes early often, making it difficult to pick up packages that do not fit in the mail boxes. The Management Company in Boston never returned my phone calls. The winter clean-up is nothing to be desired. Large snow mounds linger and make it dangerous to drive through the parking lot. The apartments are spacious however the floors are thin making it so you can hear neighbors above VERY well. Landscaping in summer looks pretty, but trees at times get over-grown. Definitely one of the nicer places in Bristol to look at BUT the headaches, in my opinion, don?t make it worth it...especially with the high rent. One should expect to be treated better for that kind of $$$. One last thing, to break your lease, you need to give 2 months notice and pay a fee equivalent to 1 months rent.
