I have been living in the same apartment for 3 years. The rates have only increased by $15 at the first renewal. Maintenance is very helpful but some of the appliances can use replacement - the rangetop gets so hot when the oven is on that it will melt anything on it; the fridge is loud. There are not enough dryers to washers in the laundry facility & some dryers do not dry completely in 1 hour. Parking has never been a problem. Only had 1 occassion with ants just after spring of first year. Windows are large but very drafty. Apts are noisy above you - creaks & footsteps are often heard.
