i?ve lived here for several years - the grounds are nice and the building is decent. I?m referring to the newest building on the property, the Crestmont. The other buildings are older and not as nice. I would recommend getting into the Crestmont since the heat/hot water is included and the building is the most modern of the rest.
property management is so-so... could be better and amenities are few, but a good bargain for the money.
