I have lived in my unit now for almost 3 years. I have had a waterfall in my kitchen/dining room from the ill replaced roof, my toilet and kitchen sink overflowed into each other since the pipes are hooked together. The insects in the Spring/Summer are unbearable. The windows let out more heat in the Winter than the heaters can generate. I have had to have the tile/walls in the shower replaced due to rot and the tile/walls still bow out since the problem was never really fixed. My stove has several burners that don't work and the "self-cleaning" oven doesn't "self-clean". The new neighbors think they are the only ones that live in the Bldg and blast the music/TV at all hours. The floors creak so badly it wakes the dead!!! My Boyfriends car was broken into twice. I would not recommend this place to anyone. p.s. The Management also sucks, very unresponsive and liars!!!! Maintenance Crew were cool though.
