I have been living here for the past 5 years, it is a living hell, very old, lot of noise, wood creaking sound, you can almost tell what the people downstairs and upstairs are doing at any given time 24/7, management sucks, nobody is happy living there. One might ask "Why have I been living there" $$$$ is the key, very cheap, of course cheap living standards too. I don't recommend this to anyone, unless there are into savings.
