First of all, anyone who said management here is rude are mistaken. I have rented from them since 2003, starting in one building, moving to a different one and now Im back in the first one. Going through all of these moves would be annoying to most people, but it was very easy with them. Every time I have to call about a problem in the apt. they are very courteous and professional, and maintanence arrives sometimes within an hour.

The apartment buildings themselves are kind of shabby. The hallways are not painted, some have holes in the wall and some staircase railings are breaking. Also, the hallways are poorly lit and do smell funny, but the scent is from the tenants who live there. The landscaping outside is done regularly, and looks ok, the neighborhood itself is kind of run down and not aesthetically appealing. The floors are pretty thin, I can hear my downstairs neighbors sometimes having sex and I am always awoken by their alarm clock.

The saying "you get what you pay for" really applies here. WHat do you expect for the rent you pay' It definitely is a good value for the money and I would reccomend it to anyone moving out of home for the first time or someone trying to save money. ALthough be careful, the building I'm in now is electric heat, in a 2 bedroom a couple months ago, my bill was $210. If you can, get a one bedroom in the main building, it was much nicer and heat and hot water is free!!
