I lived there for 2 years and didn't have one problem. You get what you pay for. They weren't the most up to date apartments, but for the price it wasn't a bad deal. I lived in the Cresmont building, so heat was included which was a plus.
My only complaint is snow plowing. When the snow plow arrives he honks his horn. The problem with that is the majority of the apartments aren't near the parking lot, and the honks can not be heard. So more often then not I was plowed in. If the plow person would take 2 secs and run his hands up and down the buzzers we could all move our cars.
Katie in the office was a sweetheart. And the building was real quiet, I could go days without seeing someone else in the building.
