The yearly increases are high - $20 to $45/mo - but the size of the apartments is very nice, even the 1 br apts.
All the apartments have a large porch that fits several chairs and a table.

Appliances work, but are not the most efficient at what they do.
2br apts have a working dishwasher.

There are huge closets! The main bedroom in a 2br apt has a walk in closet. 3 hallway closets.

1.5 bathrooms. the half bath is off the main bedroom.
