I lived at that slum and it was the worst experience in my life.
Everything is horrible about that complex.
No snow plowing, the building smells, no maintenance, NO SPACE TO PARK and you get ticketed if you park on non designated areas but as a tenant you have a contractual right to park but if you come home late, forget it.
nobody to call or complain as the phone number they give you, nobody answers it.

It is a ---- hole.
