Any needed repairs are done in a timely manner. Management is helpful and easy to work with. Although the building is older our apartment was very clean, with some remolding, freshley painted, new carpets and floors when we moved in. Neighbors are friendly and courtious. Laundry room and foyers kept very clean and well lite. Sidewalk in front, back courtyard and stairs have been cleared of snow and ice quickly.
