Pine Brook Terrace is the worst place you could possibly live, the rent is cheap, thats because you get what you pay for. I know the girl who was HELD UP AT GUN POINT, on her front porch. She reported it to the landlord and nothing was done. You'd think they would put lights up or something. It's very very dangerous. Cars are always getting broken into, broken glass from the cars is all over the parking lot. People who have too many people living with them. Loud music, starving freezing cats outside. The people who run the place are a bunch of idiots. The apartments are poorly built. When you turn the heat on black film covers your walls. Mold all over all the windows, poorly insulated, so no matter how high the heat is your freezing. Please take what i am saying to heart, there are much better places to live, don't get sucked in by the cute set up and cheap price, it is NOT WORTH IT and you will live in hell for the remainder of your lease.
