I am very happy living here at Pine Brook Terrace Apartments and have lived here for several years. I have never heard of the problems others mention and I wonder if these reviews were tenants who were evicted or something like that. The buildings and grounds are kept in good shape. The halls are cleaned regularly and kept clean.
