Not bad - I lived there for 2 years and didn't have one problem. You get what you pay for. They weren't the most up to date apartments, but for the price it wasn't a bad deal. The yearly increases are high - $20 to $45/mo - but the size of the apartments is very nice, even the 1 br apts.
All the apartments have a large porch that fits several chairs and a table.

Don't Believe the pictures... No more wood floors, pictures must be from years ago, no potted flowering plants...The pictures show edge to edge grass, it was dirt and some grass, Trash all over the lot and around dumpster, spray paint on the brick walls of the building...
