Don't even think about signing a lease here!!! Don't even come and look at any apts here. Office staff are stupid. They are "not available" 7 out of 8 hours they are there. Property manager is always no where to be found. Worst place I've ever live at. Enough said.

I love it here When I moved here almost a year ago, I was sceptical and hesitant because of the comments I saw here. It has been great, very quiet, bautiful landscape and everyone keeps to themselves. Maybe it is because I live in a townhouse, I don't know about the apartments.

pretty bad the community is terrible but the apt. is nice. but you hear everything at each of your nieghbors. no insulation? worried about my car reading the other reports. either way good place for kids in college or just out of college. (me and my roomate) but i def wouldnt move a family in.

I like Mill Pond I have been here for a couple of years now, and I haven't really had any problems. The girls in the office are all very nice and always help me out. The maintenance is good as well. One thing I am very grateful for, they always keep the property clean and nice looking.

A resident at Mill Pond Village I've been a resident at Mill Pond Village for 2 1/2yrs.When I applied for a 3bdrm Townhouse I was afford a 2bdrm until a unit is available.(waiting list)Now is two years later and the waiting list disappear.There many unsatisfied tenants and to many teenagers

A hidden gem! After reading these reviews I hesitated to move here. Now after being here for three months I'm glad that I made the decision to ignore these reviews. The place is beautiful and very quiet. The office staff is very friendly and any time I need something fixed it is taken care

lived there for 1 year. Rent was cheap for the area because of the huge cockroach problem that is between the walls that separate the apartments. Management doesn't care, all they do is spray one apartment(just the cabinates, not between the walls because this would cost too much for them)
