They move you in for the money and then kick you out as soon as possible. If you want a secure place to live do not move here!!!!

| We fully acknowledge that our property has had its share of growing pains. The most obvious illustration of this is the fact that we have not renewed, and in many cases evicted, well over half of our tenants in residence since we changed management in Sep 2002. Naturally, this is not something to brag about, yet it should be said to clarify our position. Further, we have been thanked profusely by our tenants for "cleaning up the community". We are sure we have "stepped on a few toes" in the process, however the property is now drug-free and enjoys a quiet peaceful environment. Any destructive teenagers that once lived here are now gone. It is a pity that we have had to take such measures, but absolutely necessary and we will continue to preserve the quiet, friendly environment we have developed. We have no tolerance for late night partying or any disruption of the peaceful enjoyment to which all of our residents are entitled. | |
