Went from adequate to super after eliminating problem tenants. Site has improved in last couple of years as drug dealers and noisy tenants have all been evicted. Owners and staff care!

ZThis Place is getting better every day I currently live here. it was a poor place to live but it has been getting much better. they are really working hard to make it a better place.they are getting rid of the losers and moving in better higher class of people. thank you for making it a great

Owner and super are aweful Our toilet broke and we had a flood downstairs in the kitchen. they offered no help told us we could paint the water marks. also it took them 24 hours to fix the toilet which was an was terriable. i was 3 days late on my rent and got an eviction notice thats nuts. also

Beautiful wood floors; poor water & snow removal; filthy common areas The real problem with these apartments is the water. They are not connected to pulic water and so the water is often dirty. Also, you often run out of water. I bought bottled water to drink the whole time I was there.

Dont do it even if you leave it cleaner than you moved in you wont get your deposit even if you clean this place they will not give you your deposit back. they are awful. it they dont care about any of the apartments unless they live near it. the play ground is dirty and the basketball court is
