Just looks like elegant living...

If you like hearing you neighbors at all hours of the day and night - the sound of doors shuting and the sound of hollow wood echoing footsteps going up and down the stairs and have a big pocket book - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! There is major parking problems and a quarter of the apartments are not even occupied.
The place is practically new - all white is very attractive and clean looking. New appliances, but drafty and paper thin walls.
I would reccommend looking elsewhere.
