I was lucky enough to move in to this brand new complex as one of the first 10 tenants. While the complex was not finished, and construction was going on all around, it was no bother.
The price was a bit high,but it was justified by the apartments, brand new, nice spacious kithens with new appliances, central air, and a really nice pool and fitness center. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and spotless. The office staff and manager (Leigh) at the time were the nicest and most competent group i have dealt with in years. Sure parking was a bit tough, and neighbors can be loud at times, but that's true of all stacked housing. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
