I found Avalon to have a friendly service, great grounds and all the ammenities you could possibly ask for.
Upon moving in, the apartment, was freshly painted, carpets cleaned, overall apartment was immaculate (even to my standards and I'm an anal neat freak).
I had no problems at Avalon and the one time in 10 months that I needed maintenance was efficient and quickly rectified.
I would recommend Avalon to others, however found that it was a little pricy for the Danbury area but if your like me and want all the ammenities and the looks of Avalon that it's perfect for you.
