We've lived here for 4 years and lately we are getting very worried. Our neighbor was just evicted. We know this person to be a great neighbor. After probing a bit, we find an office worker has it out for them and the eviction notice contained things like, "your child picked leaves off trees to feed caterpillars" under the topic "defacing of property". Could go into much more detail on that front, but the pool is also extremely dirty, embarassing to have guests to, and the rent increases are very sporadic and not consistant between identical apartments. The feeling here is that if you have kids, look out. Big Brother is watching. Too bad, this was once a nice place to live.
