Expensive but Nice

Overall, this isn't a bad place to live, the apartments are relatively new, which means you get new appliances and central air. Having the washing machine in the building is a real convenience. The office/staff are very friendly and the one time I had a maintenance issue it was quickly resolved. Package delivery to the leasing office is very convenient seeing as I am never home during the day.
On the list of negatives, are the ever increasing prices and the thin walls. The rent is fairly high and you can count on that going up each year along with the required "amenity fee". The walls between the apartments are fairly thin and you can hear things you really shouldn't hear for this price in other aparments. Including drawers opening and closing.
