The fact that you can hear the hooker living next to you having sex all night because she sleaps all day.
What a place to live. And bring your children, because they will love it here too. Oh Avalon, what a wonderfull way to live. Ever changing, rude and obnoxious staff. My college freshman son is older than half of the staff here. And more mature too. Oh Avalon, cheap construction, appliances, pool, weight room, laundry machines, but EXTREMELY high rents!!!
Oh avalon, how I love to live here. And I can't wait to LEAVE here!!! And no, I'm not a disgruntled about to be evicted tenant because I don't pay my rent complainer. I am a decent tenant, who keeps to himself and pays his extremely high rent on time every month. I don't call maintenance for the little stuff like clogged toilets, or burnt out light bulbs.
Oh avalon, I've learned to do it myself because you scream when you have to do it.
Oh avalon, the parking is worse than a nightmare on Elm street.
Oh avalon how I love you so.

nice poetry, i've been looking for affordable housing for the past 2 months.. I'm 18 yrs old, my fiance is 21, and we're expecting a baby in June... we're looking for a decent enviorment, the most we can afford right now is roughfly around 750, We prefer a place near the bus line, or work(Danbury Fair Mall) if you know of any please email me at syrilox@hotmail.com.
