I moved to Avalon because I liked the look of the place and for all the amenities, however I don't use any of them and I am never home. When I am home, I find that neighbors are rude and disrespectful, the office staff is friendly and helpful when they want to be, BUT the maintenance staff has been very helpful and friendly.

I am moving out shortly, for many reasons, one being that the rent is ridiculous. I currently have a one bedroom that?s 770 sq feet, I just rented another apt, that?s 3 floors, 2 beds, 2 car garage and built in 2002 for $200 more in rent?.that means something is wrong with this picture.

I did enjoy living at Avalon because of the features of the apartment and in the summer the central air is great?.BUT people who live there are very rude, kids are loud, and parents are obnoxious?.I guess living at Avalon would depend on the kind of person you are and the type of wallet you have.
