Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
We moved into this apartment last year. The carpet was a little stained but all appliances were modern and new. The staff was very friendly and courteous to us. The place is very noisy if you have noisy neighbors. Upstairs there were children that ran constantly and the adults walked like elephants. Downstairs, we had the bass loving music freak who listened to odd music. Other than these 2 annoying neighbors, the place was very good comparble to others in the area even though they are pricey.
