A year ago upon moving in, my experience at Crown Point rated exceptionally high in all major categories...management (courteous, extremely friendly), service (A maintenence team), amentities (exquisite), quality of construction (new in '07). Crown Point reigned supreme in my book! While the quality of the structure and environment remains in tact, the attitude of the management & maintenence team has deteriorated significantly. Mostly all the same players, but it is clear this past year has worn on them all...Darcy (Manager) and Anita (Assistant Manager) particularly. I have since moved out recently - my advice to anyone who moves in: be sure to inquire about the immediate living environment and ask about any prior resident conflicts/concerns, be careful with normal wear & tear in your place as you will be slammed with excessive charges upon departure and lastly, do not take the management team personal. Other than that, enjoy!

Whoever you are posting I think you should look at the whole picture. What a difference a year makes? True. Look at the stock market look at the unemployment lines the housing crisis etc everything is different. If you work in a corporate environment like I do you would have seen the reins getting tightened in every direction. I am sure some of these reins in the housing crisis were passed on to you and you didn’t like it. I would suggest that you talk negative about the company not the people who run the show here (Darci-Anita). Living here has been so much better with out the negative people. Good luck with your new living quarters.
