Hillcroft is terrible. It's filled with College kids that are partying(loudly) all night long and take up all of the parking spaces with their party guests. The apartments are cheaply renovated. Every noise, sqeak, conversation, pet barking, TV can be heard all night long. The washer/dryer is terrible, been doing all of the drying in a pay for dryer in the basement mailroom. The electricity bill is horrendous. I cannot wait to get out of there. Also found used hyperdermic needles while walking. No place for children
