This development at one time was a very nice place to live. The application process was very extensive leaving my husband and I to believe that it was a quality development. At first it was, but as time has gone on, the element of its tenants has changed dramatically. Drugs, violence, police are called on a nightly basis - all with young children in the development. ONe tenant was reported as having a loaded AK 47 in his unit. The office staff at BRT is horrendous, especially Norma who has the most irritating personality and voice to match. They are rude and do not respond to serious maintenance requests with any sort ofurgency.
