It depends on where in the complex you are, some units are positioned in better spots with less people surrounding you and better parking. My experience has been pretty good with minimal complaints. Maintenance is not amazing but they get the job done. Parking is good with a garage unit, 1 inside one outside the garage door and 1 numbered spot, with 2 or 3 visitor spots. All in all I do not plan on renting for the rest of my life but Spring Ridge is good for the time being.
