We moved in about 4 months ago and really like living at Spring Ridge...The location is excellent (10-15 minutes from anywhere you'd ever want to go) and is relatively quiet. I was nervous to move in after seeing the 2 bad reviews on this site, but the price and what you get for the money (for this area) is fantastic. One drawback is we get water in our foyer/garage when it rains hard...it might just be because we have an end unit, but this isn't too big of a deal because we don't really store anything and don't don't use the foyer for much of anything. It is so quiet (we can't even hear our neighbors who have 2 kids and a dog) and we really enjoy living here.
