Danbury has very few apartment communities.

This one is a decent value for money community

Spacious units
Garage is plus
Quite
Reasonably priced
Good parking
Management is OK
Maintenance folks are OK
Lease terms are not too harsh
Cons
----
No WD
Pretty old buildings.

Paint comes off walls all the time
No amenities (pool, gym, play area or anything)
Lots of bugs in some units (Spiders/Ants)
Community common areas are poorly lit
Snow removal in winters is not so good
