HVAC problems were never addressed after 18 months of "fixes." (The maintenance guy was a great guy, but the company would not hire experts to fix the problem.) Received a bill for $2,000 upon lease end. Upon further inspection, the charges were bogus. Could not get anyone from the leasing office to return my calls to resolve the situation. There are many other apartment complexes in the Danbury, CT area--they are all priced better and are managed better. (See Avalon near exit 8 off of i-84 behind the Volvo dealership. People often confuse the two complexes becasue Willow Grove was formerly called "Avalon Lake.")
