mean disgruntled resident tells lies

wow, I just ran into a resident that told me he trashed Willow Grove on Apartmentratings and I should check it out. He said he was angry because he was trying to transfer to another JPI/Greystar property, the transfer request did not go well since the property he was trying to transfer to had no vacant apartments and a transfer fee applied since even though the properties are managed by the same company they are owned by different companies. I dont know much about the management company or the owners, it does not concern me, the people in the office on the Willow Grove property take care of all my needs, I dont need to go any further.
This resident seemed very proud of himself for the trash job but i know as well as he does that his comments are untrue, he is just lashing out because he got his feelings hurt. I have lived here for over two years, I just referred a friend to Willow Grove, they dont have any vacant apartments right now so she is waiting for a one bedroom to be available in a couple of weeks, the move in special is reduced rent of $250 off each month (not 3 free months). She does qualify for the $99 security deposit (not everyone does, sometimes it is $500, still not alot)I think they dont need to require a higher deposit because the class of people living here are not going to do any damage to their apartments, well with the exception of this resident, he went on to brag about how they tried to paint a 22ft wall and made a mess and they are going to leave it that way and how he is not paying Sept rent. He mentioned spiders and bees in his letter, HELLO, it is called nature, as for the deer, they are still here, I have a rear facing apartment so I can see them in the field and woods. This resident choose a less expensive apartment facing the parking lot, here is a news flash, deer are not cars and do not rome around parking lots. As for the cop cars, yes there are one to two on the property on a daily basis. they live here. Oh by the way, the pool opened 2 weeks late due to repair, if you remember, early summer was quit chilly for pool use anyway. The pool is heated and still open. I could go on and on but I think you get my point, it is nice here, thank you Willow Grove staff. Our courtyards are being redone now, so it will look even nicer.
