Absolutely no-no Extremely expensive electric heat ($300 per month), and lots of creaking noise when someone is staying above you..The combination washer/dryer is absolutely no use - as it doesnt dry - and the landlord knows about it. Betty has issues - good that they fired her..New management

GOOD It depends on where in the complex you are, some units are positioned in better spots with less people surrounding you and better parking. My experience has been pretty good with minimal complaints. Maintenance is not amazing but they get the job done. Parking is good with a garage
