I have been a tenant for the past 5 1/2 years & I can't really complain. I enjoy being here everyone is pleasant from the office staff to maintenance dept. I also say if you are not happy where you are why stay move out let someone else enjoy it. It sad what the tenant wrote apparently she is not happy so why stay for another year. When I contact the office for maintenance they always seem to respond. It's unfortuante there will be people who no matter what you do could not be pleased. Brookside Commons is a place better than some of the other ones i have seen. I come home from work & I fall asleep because of the location & the convenient things around the way. The traffic is light & numerous places to go eat. So just because one person had a bad experience doesn't mean we all will.

I agree. I've been here for 2 years and I moved from a really bad place out of state. This place has made a safe home for my family and I and I am happy that I have moved here and picked Brookside as my home. I came here when my son was just a little baby and now we are adding another to our family as well, and I just dont see the problem with this place! The maintenance staff is awesome, and the landlords are absolutely the best! I just don't see why this person would stay here another year, let a lone another day if they were unsatisfied and unhappy. Brookside has been the best home for my family and I and we will continue to rent here, and have indeed renewed our lease!!!!
