where to start' we have such a long list of complaints. for one, tiles are lifting up in the kitchen and bathroom. you can see under these tiles that they didn't even bother taking out the old floor so there are three layers of tile beneath us. there's nasty mold that will grow seemingly anywhere in the bathroom and bedroom and the kitchen sink leaks. the inside of the toilet was held together by paper clips. carpet comes up in just about every corner. the neighbors upstairs are incredibly noisy and no matter how many times i've called the cops or landlords or gone up there myself, they are still disruptive. the laundry room...$1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry' that would be fine if the clothes were cleaned or dried! half of them have "temporarily unavailable" signs that have been there as many months as we have..if you're a first time renter, you have to put down a double security deposit, which = $1400. outrageous. you have to fight for a parking spot almost always. they come in unannounced. we have literally no storage space whatsoever and i think the appropriate description for these places is "claustrophobic." why bother even having a thermostat when you have no control over the heat' they have a pesticide spraying company come every couple months and you can decline their services, but even if you tell the office you don't want it, the service lets themselves in the apartment anyways. we've had some security and safety issues in which we had to call the police. we notified management and they did absolutely nothing to put our minds at ease. the only cable package you can get is comcast, and personally, i'm not thrilled with comcast either. we regret moving into this apartment. if we weren't completely desperate at the time, we wouldn't have. please don't make the same mistake as us!
