When I first moved here it seemed ok nice place. As the months went on people moved an we noticed there was a bug problem. They always sent in the exterminators but they can never keep it bug free. Parking is a nightmare an I have 1 car to many people here have 3 cars. There are also times when the tenants have either friends or family stay with them which is fine but when they isnt that much parking its a problem. The staff at the office for the most part seem like they dont care alot of times they are rude, but there are 1 or 2 that seem to want to help. To much noise at night for the most part except in winter. The maintenance staff are pretty good when you have a problem with your unit an they are pretty cheerful. The property is kept up really good at night there isn't to much lighting gets pretty dark. For the money you pay not that great if it was less money then fine but for 800 noway, maybe 650. Oh an they also like to regulate the heat to only go up to I believe is 72 degree in the winter. Like they are your parents tell you thats all you get no higher then that. If you pay your rent an you want 80 degrees in your unit especially when people in the other units are opening the windows in the hallway all the time. An you go out there an close it an 15 minutes later its open again. Then you should be able to crank up the heat. Also laundry facilities well there is some but they dont work an not well lit either. Anyways I wouldn't recommend either place looks good in the outside but thats it.
